Returns Policy

We offer hassle-free returns on most items in our store!
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Arrows that have been cut and/or inserted may not be returned under any circumstance. Opened, but deemed defective items, will be refunded at the sole discretion of Average Jack Archery up return to our storefront. If the item is indeed defective, Average Jack Archery will ship a replacement.

You should expect to receive your refund to your bank within 10-15 days of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 10 business days).

Shipping

At this time, we can only ship archery and hunting products to the CONUS (Lower 48). We look to grow and expand this opportunity in the future!

Please allow 1-2 business days for handling and processing your item(s) for shipment. We are a family-run archery shop with full retail storefront, so the same person picking and shipping your order is also running the storefront full time! We try to get every package out same day, but peak season both online and in store do not make this possible. Your patience is appreciated!

We charge a flat $7.50 shipping fee for all orders under $100 from our storefront.
Any orders $100 or more ship free!
